Rokko Alpine Botanical Garden Takamine flowers Dicentra and Edelweiss are in full bloom!
六甲山観光株式会社（本社：神戸市 社長：寺西公彦）が六甲山上で運営を行っている六甲高山植物園では憧れの高山植物、日本の「コマクサ」とヨーロッパ・アルプスの「エーデルワイス」が見頃を迎えています。
当園のシンボルマークにもなっている「コマクサ」は、日本の高山植物の女王と称される花で、神秘的な瑠璃色の葉と、ピンク色の花との調和が素晴らしく、高山帯に行かなければ見ることのできない貴重な花です。「エーデルワイス」は、オーストリア、スイスの国花であり、歌でも有名なアルプスの星です。容易には近づけない岩の裂け目などに自生することから、登山家たちの憧れの的になっています。また、「エーデルワイス」は、１１月3日に開催する小便小僧のマント着せ行事のテーマの花です。どちらも、６月下旬までお楽しみいただけます。
[Mt. Rokko Botanical Fair] Rokko Alpine Botanical Garden opens, displaying about 200 items such as photographs of Dr. Tomitaro Makino, who is the model for the main character of the morning drama, when he first visited the park, handwritten calligraphy, letters, diagrams, and books. The 90th anniversary special project "Makino's Footsteps-Discovering Doctors and Plants in Kobe-" has been extended to August 15th (Tuesday) and is currently being well received.
