The water Obstacle Wonder Amembo, which is accessible with an admission ticket, is limited to elementary school students and older, and those at least 110cm tall. Some other Obstacle also have usage restrictions, so please check Obstacle guide for details. *If a child who will be a first-grader (before entering elementary school) visiting in March or April wishes to experience the "Water, Aerial, and Forest Obstacle Courses," please purchase an "Admission Ticket (Elementary School Student)" even if they have not yet entered elementary school. In addition, they must be at least 110cm tall, and for the "Aerial and Forest Obstacle," they must weigh less than 100kg. Please note that if you purchase an "Admission Ticket (Preschooler)," you will not be able to experience any of the above areas.

If you have a disability certificate (physical disability certificate, intellectual disability certificate, mental disability health and welfare certificate) or a disability certificate app (Mirairo ID), you and one accompanying person (junior high school age or older) will receive a 50% discount on GREENIA tickets upon presentation of the certificate. Please do not purchase tickets in advance or from automatic ticket machines; come to the manned ticket counter on the day of your visit.

If you are a university student (junior college student, vocational student, graduate student, etc.) and cannot present your student ID card, you will be charged the adult rate. Also, if you have purchased a student admission ticket in advance and cannot show your student ID, you will be charged an additional 500 yen to enter. Please note.

Dogs are restricted to enter certain areas, must wear a leash, and must complete a pledge upon arrival.

If there are 15 or more paying guests, group rates will apply, so please check "About group use" before contacting us.

  • If Forest Adventure is fully booked, does that mean I won't be able to experience all Obstacle?

    Even if Forest Adventure is fully booked, you can still enjoy water and land-based Obstacle with just an admission ticket.

    You can enjoy up to 135 points in total, with no reservation required and no additional charges.

    Please see this notice for more details.

  • What should I do if I forget something?

    If you have left something behind, please contact us using one of the following methods.

  • Do parents have to experience Forest Adventure and Long Zip Slide?

    1st and 2nd grade elementary school students must have an experience with a guardian (18 years old or older).

    Elementary school 3rd grade to high school students need to experience or watch over by a guardian (18 years old or older).

    In addition, one guardian can lead up to four children under the age of 18 as guardians.

    *Admission tickets are also required for attendants such as watching over. Please purchase at the time of reservation.

  • Do I need a reservation to enter?

    Reservations are not required to purchase only the Greenia admission ticket.
    However, "admission ticket + FOREST ticket" requires advance reservations online. In addition, the zip slide is accepted on the day at the Greenia venue.

  • What is admission ticket + FOREST ticket?

    This ticket includes an admission ticket that allows you to explore 129 points in 6 areas, as well as the Forest Adventure experience. Advance reservations are required online.

    If you have a coupon that includes a train/cable car and admission ticket, we will make a reservation only for the experience time over the phone.

  • Do you have changing rooms and shower rooms?

    Greenia has changing rooms and coin-operated showers. Please check the map for details.

  • Is the admission fee required if I am just accompanying someone and not participating in Obstacle?

    Even if you are not participating in Obstacle, you will still need to pay the admission fee to the facility.

  • Can I let my child enter alone?

    Obstacle is a dangerous sport. To prevent accidents, we ask that children of elementary school age and younger not enter alone. Children of junior high school age or older but under the age of 18 must be able to contact their guardians, and in the event of an emergency, please contact a nearby staff member.

  • Can I use credit cards and electronic money?

    Credit cards, some electronic money, and QR code payments can be used to purchase tickets, shop, Alpen Rose, and the BBQ area.

    Please note that parking and lockers only accept cash.
