入場券で利用可能な水上アスレチックwonder amemboは小学生以上かつ身長110cm以上限定です。その他一部のアスレチックは利用制限がございますので、詳しくはアスレチック図鑑をご確認ください。　※3月・4月にご来場の新小学1年生（小学校入学前）のお子様が「水上・空中・森アスレチック」を体験される場合は、入学前であっても「入場券（小学生）」をご購入ください。あわせて、身長110cm以上であること、および「空中・森アスレチック」については体重100kg未満であることが必須条件となります。「入場券（未就学児）」を購入された場合は、上記エリアの体験は一切いただけませんのでご注意ください。

If you have a disability certificate (physical disability certificate, rehabilitation certificate, mental disability certificate) or a disability certificate app (Mirairo ID), please present it and you will receive a GREENIA ticket for yourself and one companion (adult). The price will be half price. Please do not purchase advance tickets or automatic ticket vending machines.

If you are a university student (junior college student, vocational student, graduate student, etc.) and cannot present your student ID card, you will be charged the adult rate. Also, if you have purchased a student admission ticket in advance and cannot show your student ID, you will be charged an additional 500 yen to enter. Please note.

Dogs are restricted to enter certain areas, must wear a leash, and must complete a pledge upon arrival.

If there are 15 or more paying guests, group rates will apply, so please check "About group use" before contacting us.

Forest Adventure advance payment reservation is required.

Forest Adventure is limited to those aged 12 or older, over 110cm tall, and weighing less than 100kg.

1st and 2nd grade elementary school students need an adult (18 years old or older) guardian experience.

An adult (18 years old or older) guardian is required to experience or watch over children from the 3rd grade of elementary school to high school students.

Up to 4 children under the age of 18 can be accompanied by 1 adult (18 years or older).

On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the fee will be +500 yen.

Long zip slides will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event.

Long zip slides are limited to elementary school students and older, with a height of 110 cm or more and a weight of less than 100 kg.
