・Once purchased, refunds will not be possible for any reason.
・Operations may be suspended or content may be changed due to weather conditions, events, or COVID-19 prevention measures.
- Please be sure to present your pass to staff upon entry.
・Please make sure to bring your season pass on the day of use. If you forget (or don't have) your pass, you will not be able to use the facility.
・If lost, the ticket cannot be reissued (refunded), so please be careful not to lose it.
・Parking, restaurant, barbecue area, forest adventure, long zip slide, etc. are not included in the price. Please prepare these separately.
・The voucher may only be used by the person who has signed and whose photo is affixed.
・If any fraudulent use is discovered, your season pass will be confiscated and you will be denied all future entry.
・Use of this facility is governed by the "Mount Rokko Adventure Kingdom GREENIA Terms and Conditions of Use," "Special Ropeway Passenger Business Regulations," and other rules established by the facility.
