Rokko Snow Park has gentle slopes that are perfect for those who are new to the snow.
Dedicated slopes for sledding and playing in the snow ensure you have maximum fun while staying safe.
All the snow wear and equipment you’ll need can be rented, so don’t worry about bringing anything.

SCHOOL

Rokko Snow Park now has a dedicated ski school for foreign guests.
We definitely recommend going if it’s your first-time skiing!
Our Japanese instructors will provide you with clear instructions.

Content of CourseStarts with how to put on your boots and skis, and aims to allow students to learn how to stop by themselves.
The Japanese instructors will use English phrases and instruction boards (written in English and traditional Chinese characters) to perform the lessons.

After purchasing your entry ticket, rental ticket, lift ticket, and paying your lesson fee at the ticket booth, put your cloth bib on and gather at the open area at the top of the slopes.

Instructors with full knowledge of the latest curriculums will teach the course.

RULES & MANNERS

The Japan Association for Skiing Safety (JASS) consists of all groups related to skiing and snowboarding. JASS discusses and studies ways to enhance safety at ski grounds while providing guidelines on snow sports safety. Specific activities undertaken by JASS include making nationally unified signs and marks used at ski grounds,establishment of standards on snow sports safety, conducting surveys on snow sports injuries, and production and distribution of pamphlets and posters on snow sports safety.
